Check out www.nutritiondata.com for great resources on knowing what it is you are eating. I’m focusing on calories, but it has TONS of other info as well!
Karmel, You’ve done a great job with your blog and information for mothers. I’d like to see more of your ideas on how you’ve organized your AMI chapter and how you get the word out, how you plan your meetings, how often, how to get young mother excited about AMI, how to find time for anything other than kids, etc. etc. I’ve found it hard to motivate young mothers to look outside themselves and outside the church. You probably have mostly church gals in your chapter, but I find it hard where I live.
Keep up the great work.
